Talent Pathways - Candidate Roster for Temporary Positions

Dalhousie University’s Talent Pathways programme connects equity-deserving job seekers with short-term administrative support positions across its campuses. This is a candidate roster rather than a single vacancy: your application is kept on file for one year, and you may be contacted for an introduction meeting with the Advisor, Temporary Recruitment at any point during that year. Temporary positions are based on operational needs and typically last three to six months. Posting number S05-21.

Roles filled through Talent Pathways include Administrative Assistant, Enrolment Services Specialist, Executive Assistant, Finance Clerk, Human Resources Assistant, IT Support Desk, Payroll Clerk, Program Coordinator, Medical Office Assistant and Receptionist. Requires relevant post-secondary education and one to five years of directly related experience, proficient computer skills, and lived experience as a member of one or more equity-deserving groups. Full-time hours at Dalhousie are 32.5 or 35 hours per week.

Hourly rate: $20.69 – $29.00 per hour for administrative and finance positions; $32.24 – $34.19 per hour for technical positions. The exact range is shared before any interview.
