Marketing & Communications Manager

The Halifax Climate Investment, Innovation and Impact (HCi3) Fund is hiring a Marketing & Communications Manager. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) based out of EfficiencyOne’s office in Burnside, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. A hybrid office/work-from-home arrangement is available.

The successful candidate will lead HCi3’s communication strategy, manage day-to-day communications and social media, and support fundraising efforts — advancing HCi3’s mandate of inclusive, community-driven climate action across Halifax/Kjipuktuk and Nova Scotia. The role emphasizes storytelling, community engagement, and translating climate solutions into accessible narratives for diverse audiences.
