The Elizabeth Fry Society of Mainland Nova Scotia is hiring an Executive Director. This is a full-time leadership role based in Halifax, with a salary range of $105,000–$115,000 per year. This position is designated; preference will be given to applicants with lived experience with the criminal justice system, and to Indigenous, African Nova Scotian/Black, and other racialized applicants. The Executive Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Society’s mission supporting women, girls, and gender-diverse people affected by the criminal justice system.
