Operations Manager

The National Diabetes Trust is hiring an Operations Manager for a full-time role based in Halifax/Dartmouth, supporting its charitable clothing collection programs that fund Diabetes Canada. The Operations Manager ensures all local business streams and targets are met, maintains strong fiscal accountability and excellent net revenues, while practicing sound human resource management. This position is looking for candidates with excellent organizational skills, motivation, and the ability to delegate, along with knowledge of computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office. This position offers an annual salary of $72,500-$75,000.
