The Events Planner supports the Office of the Lieutenant Governor by coordinating and delivering official events, ceremonies, Royal Tours, diplomatic visits, and public programming at Government House. The role manages event logistics including protocol, visitor coordination, volunteer engagement, AV and room setup, and catering, and serves as a key liaison for dignitaries, community partners, and Government House staff. Working closely with the Private Secretary/Executive Director and the Household team, the Events Planner ensures all events are executed professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with established protocols.
Salary: $53,768–$67,210 annually.
