Director, Long-term Care & Director, Home and Community Care

The Government of Nova Scotia (Department of Seniors and Long-Term Care) is hiring a Director, Long-term Care & Director, Home and Community Care. This full-time, permanent executive role is responsible for overseeing strategic priorities to enhance the province’s home, community, and long-term care sectors. The successful candidate will lead policy implementation, manage stakeholder partnerships, and ensure the delivery of quality senior care throughout Nova Scotia.

The ideal candidate brings senior leadership experience in health, continuing care, or public administration, strong policy and financial acumen, and the ability to build partnerships across government, service providers, and communities.

Salary: $4,754.34–$5,942.94 bi-weekly, with a full government benefits package and leadership development programs.
