“A person is a person because of other people.”
-African Proverb

Happy holidays everyONE,
Our ONE Team gathers weekly, engaging in team meetings to share task updates and determine how we could support each other to achieve our outcomes. During these meetings, we have adopted a unique practice: the one-word check-out. This approach sets a positive tone for the week ahead and fosters deeper connections within our team. After each meeting, we capture these impactful one-word check-outs, illustrated in the image below.
As we approach the end of the year, we want to show our appreciation for our invaluable supporters. Thank you to everyone who subscribed, shared a job, took the time to sit with us during our Feature Fridays, and all those in the community using the resource. We look forward to connecting with you all in the new year.

We wish you all happy holidays and a prosperous new year!
