Recruitment and Outreach Manager

Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Science is a research-intensive faculty that thrives on inclusive research excellence, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Director of Student Experience, the Recruitment and Outreach Manager leads undergraduate recruitment and outreach initiatives for the Faculty of Science, supporting enrollment growth, student retention, and community engagement through strategic partnerships, events, and communications. Working closely with academic leadership, central units, and community organizations, the position advances inclusive, equity‑driven recruitment and outreach efforts aligned with the Faculty’s mission and values.
