Bodily Injury Claims Advisor

TD Insurance is hiring a Bodily Injury Claims Advisor. In this role you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve bodily injury tort claims while working with clients, legal counsel, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure fair and timely claim resolutions. The role includes travel to attend mediations, pre-trials, and trials as required.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2–3 years of insurance adjusting experience (accident benefits or bodily injury preferred), a strong understanding of the insurance industry and related legal environment, and strong negotiation and client-service skills. A CIP designation or active pursuit of one is preferred.

Salary: $56,400–$79,700 per year. 35 hours per week; four days per week in office. Target start date September 2026.
