Director of Legal Support Services

McInnes Cooper is hiring a Director of Legal Support Services. The Director will provide strategic and operational leadership to Office and Practice Managers and all non-lawyer support roles across the firm.

The ideal candidate brings senior leadership experience in professional services operations, strong people-management skills, and the ability to align support functions across multiple offices. This search is being led by MC Advisory’s executive recruitment team.
