Harm Reduction Outreach Worker (Casual)
The North End Community Health Centre is hiring Casual Harm Reduction Outreach Workers to support its Managed Alcohol Program (MAP), providing community-based outreach and harm reduction services for individuals experiencing severe alcohol use disorder and homelessness. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, successful candidates will deliver client-centred support, connect participants with community resources, and promote health and stability through daily outreach.
The ideal candidate will bring a client-centred, non-judgmental approach, an understanding of harm reduction principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team serving people who are underhoused or experiencing homelessness.
Hourly rate: $25.02 per hour. Casual position.
