Specialist, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity

The Specialist, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity supports the advancement of KPMG Canada’s national ID&E, Truth & Reconciliation, and Mental Health strategies. Working with internal partners across the firm, the Specialist helps develop and implement equity-focused initiatives, strengthens engagement within People Networks, leads communications and reporting, tracks progress through data-informed measurement, and supports external partnerships and sponsorships. The role contributes to building an inclusive, equitable, and mentally healthy workplace culture across KPMG’s offices nationwide.
