The Trauma Therapist provides trauma-informed individual and group counselling to survivors of sexualized violence aged 15 and older, offering support in person, online, and by phone. Working within a feminist, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive framework, the role delivers clinical counselling, maintains client records, collaborates with community partners to support coordinated care, and participates in ongoing professional development and team-based practices. This designated position is intended for applicants from equity-deserving communities and contributes to Avalon’s commitment to survivor-centred, culturally responsive therapeutic services.
Salary: $72,828–$81,984 annually.
