Waverley Program Lead

YWCA Halifax is hiring a Waverley Program Lead, a permanent full-time leadership role supporting the development and day-to-day operations of a new housing program based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Program Lead will lead staff, oversee resident supports and housing operations, and ensure the delivery of safe, trauma-informed, high-quality services while coordinating with internal teams and community partners.

The role includes rotational on-call responsibilities and scheduling flexibility, within a supportive, mission-driven organization committed to advancing housing security, gender equity, and social justice. The salary range is $60,000–$75,000 per year.
