Youth Outreach Plus Social Worker

Family Service Nova Scotia is hiring a Youth Outreach Plus Social Worker for a full-time, permanent position based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

This is a designated role, open only to applicants who identify as members of equity-deserving communities, including African Nova Scotians, Mi’kmaq/Indigenous, racialized persons, persons with disabilities, or members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

The Youth Outreach Plus Social Worker provides intensive, youth-centred support to young people aged 12–26 through case management, counselling, community outreach, and 24/7 on-call support. Work is delivered in home, community, and office settings, in close collaboration with families, community partners, and internal teams.
