ANS Lab Engagement Video 2019: The objective of the African Nova Scotian (ANS) Youth Employment Lab is to learn more about how systems and attitudes perpetuate disproportionately high rates of unemployment among ANS youth (aged 18-35) and to work with community to find innovative solutions to make progress toward a shared future of equitable access to opportunities for employment, prosperous living, and help lower the unemployment rates amongst African Nova Scotian youth.
