The North End Community Health Centre is hiring a full-time Social Worker (BSW) to support tenants at the Overlook, a harm reduction supportive housing project in Dartmouth, NS.
This full-time position has an hourly rate of $36.58–$48.53. The social worker provides both individual and group-based engagement with all tenants, including eviction prevention, conflict resolution, tenant selection and onboarding, and community-building programming. The role works with a multidisciplinary team that includes an RN, MSW, Indigenous Cultural Support, Peer Support and HRHWs.
